Vicky Scott, MBA

Vicky Scott has over 30 years of leadership experience in technology and product management at Electronic Data Systems and Fidelity Investments, holding positions ranging from first line technology manager to Senior Vice President of Product Management. She has led the strategic planning, financial management, and operational management of some of the world's most critical financial systems.

Vicky is currently the president of Masterpiece Consulting and Coaching, LLC. Her executive coaching and consulting specialties include business and leadership coaching for small to mid-sized businesses, strategic planning facilitation and implementation of a business model which has been custom-designed for your business.  She also offers a full-suite a leadership development training that can be delivered on-site at your company or virtually via Zoom.

Ms. Scott holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Business from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Graduate-level Certificate in Professional and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She holds PCC coaching credentials through the International Coach Federation.

In addition to her coaching and consulting roles, Ms. Scott is actively involved in humanitarian efforts in North Vietnam through Glocal Ventures, Inc.  Her work there includes microfinance, community development and leadership and business training working with the Hanoi Young Business Association, the Hanoi Network of Entrepreneurial Women and the Vietnam Women’s Union.  She is actively involved and holds leadership positions at First United Church of Tampa.  She currently has residences in both Fort Worth, Texas and Land O Lakes, Florida with work primarily occurring in Texas and fun centered in Florida.
